CORPORATE LITIGATION PRACTICE

     Our corporate litigation practice is managed by Edward Gothard. This practice includes representation of large and small businesses in Louisiana state and federal courts in contract disputes, collection matters, non-competition agreements,and other general litigation. Because of our telecommunications experience, we represent telecommunications carriers, when litigation is necessary, concerning carrier agreements, collection matters including access fee disputes, and general corporate and contractual issues.

     We also represent clients involved in litigation throughout the country by acting as local counsel and/or lead counsel, or monitoring local counsel in other jurisdictions.
