Mr. Adams has practiced casualty litigation in state and federal court for over thirteen (13) years, representing the victims of personal injury and small business owners. He has represented hundreds of individuals in the areas of wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, workers' compensation and business litigation. In 2002 he joined Nowalsky & Gothard, and since that time has managed the litigation practice of the firm along with Edward Gothard, and has expanded his practice to include telecommunications litigation and regulatory matters.
Mr. Adams has successfully handled numerous personal injury and corporate litigation cases from inception to trial, including extensive alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully appeared and argued cases before most district and appellate courts in southeast Louisiana, including the United States District Courts, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has written briefs filed before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Adams is active in the community, particularly as a coach for numerous boys and girls athletic teams throughout the metropolitan area. Mr. Adams received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Louisiana State University in 1995 and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1998.
